Each Student reports on a transit transfer that they observe or make

What?

• Route Numbers (From and To)
• What were the vehicle numbers?

Where?

• Where did the transfer occur?

When? 

• Date and Time of Transfer
• Route 1 Scheduled and Actual Arrival Time 
• Route 2 Scheduled and Actual Arrival Time 
• Route 2 Scheduled and Actual Departure Time

How?

• How many passengers got off Route 1
• How many passenger transferred to Route 2
• How many passengers simply left the system from Route 1
• How many passengers joined the system at Route 2

Other

• Were there any problems or unusual events?
• What could done to improve the transfer?

The class is divided into four teams each advocating for a mode

Each team makes a 3-5 minute presentation followed by discussion

–How many passengers were waiting with you for the vehicle?

–How many passengers got off the vehicle when it arrived at your stop?

–How did you pay for the trip?

–How much did you pay for the trip?

–Was the vehicle crowded?  Did you stand?  Did you sit?
